These three paintings have been donated to WTCares for their auction. Welsh Terrier Rescue: WTCARES is a service for rescue and rehoming Welsh Terriers. It is a charitable organization established by the Welsh Terrier Club of America for that purpose. All representatives are volunteers who give of their time and efforts to assist Welsh Terriers in need.
